T6 sliding door issues

Hi all,

The sliding door handle on my t6 has broken and I think the child lock has been activated on the inside, which means the door cannot be opened from either side.

I’ve taken the door card off and I can see the mechanism and various cables.

Is the any way I can open the door so that I can switch off the child lock.

Please help.

My 2017 side door won't always unlock when can unlocked. Mainly in cold weather. Push key again and normally opens. Anyone else had this issue I so how to resolve?

I have that issue on my 2019 Beach. Appears to be random. But not investigated it.
