    Bilstein B14 Komforts Adjustment

Hi all, I’m looking to raise the ride height of my van by 10 to 15mm, I currently have B14 Komforts fitted lowered 65mm, however the height from the floor to bottom of the front bumper (when parked on a level surface is 120mm) it is causing me kerb / speed bump anxiety! The front coilovers I...

    Suspension needs tweaking

So the van lowered on HR Koni’s but the suspension needs tweaking. Currently the front is on 370mm and the rear is on 400mm. Question is do I bring the rear to match the front or front to match the rear bearing in mind it’s a Caravelle?

How high is too high (when you're low)?

My van came with a set of H&R coilovers installed. I'm 99% sure they are the standard drop ones: https://still-static.com/product/hr-normal-coilover-kit-for-vw-transporter-t5-6-t32-f-50-80mm-r-40-70mm-bilstein-front-bilstein-fixed-rear-clamp-hub-brackett/ I'm not a fan of having a huge drop on...

Adjusting the rear coils of H&R's

Hi all, I see this has been mentioned on a few other posts but I just want to check I'm doing the right thing.. The rear end of my t6 needs dropping approx 10mm to sit closer to being level with the front, I'm planning to do this on the drive at home with jacks and axle stands. Is it as simple...

    Bilstein b14 height adjustment

So I’ve had my b14’s on a few months really happy with them but when they were put on they left 25mm on the thread adjustment, since going from 20’s to amorak steels I wanted it lower so today I’ve wound them right down, my question is WHY IS IT STILL THE SAME HIEGHT ?? Surely 25mm in the...

    Adjusting B14 for towing

I need to lift the back as I’m towing so just won’t about a 30mm lift on the back as you can see in the picture it sits a bit lo on the back. Do I turn the nut so it’s 30mm up from where it currently is?. Also I have miss placed the adjusting spanner’s so can I do it without them?. Last of...

    [Guide] Adjusting Front B14s

Annoyingly, although I ordered the replacement bolts for the lower rear shock and ARB clamps a week ago, the seller has just notified me that they’re only just posting them today, so the van remains in the garage on jack stands unable to be used for a few more days. With this in mind, I’m...

    Adjusting B14 Rear.

Does anyone know what one turn of the adjuster represents in height adjustment at the hub. I need to lift the rear by about 20mm to get back to equal arch gap. Also van was set up level before conversion i.e. empty.
