Did you sort this, I have the same issue on my 2017 150bhp diesel, on 36000 miles. Really annoying as it came on the first time on the way the garage to sort out another issue (abs sensor). I told the garage when I left it with them but it now looks like they forgot to look at this new issue.

More precisely: P00AF = Actuator Module for Turbocharger 1- Stuck Not knowing which engine you've got - please check the actuator itself, control valve+associated wiring, vacuum tubing between them. The ECU "clears" the warning light at every ignition turn off/on - hence it seemingly resets.

Have you searched the forum using those search criteria?

Has anyone had these fault codes pop up? I didn’t have any loss of power or any symptoms but happens every now and then after hard acceleration . Something to do with the turbo boost solenoid? Any help or advise would be gratefully accepted!

Would be easier to keep track of the things if you could just copy and paste the scans as plain text. Different fault code in the second scan. And in both scans the faults were still "only" at status "Not confirmed". I think these (two last lines) are just placeholders for bi-turbo engines...
