P00AF/16409 fault codes

Has anyone had these fault codes pop up?

I didn’t have any loss of power or any symptoms but happens every now and then after hard acceleration .

Something to do with the turbo boost solenoid?

Any help or advise would be gratefully accepted!

Stuck or sticking turbo actuator.

In my case this fault was followed by turbo blow up.

My engine went into limp mode three times in a row over the course of three days(this happened at the end of August this year).
Each time flashing coil appeared and my engine registered one fault code "Actuator Module for Turbocharger Stuck".
On day four my turbocharger has exploded.

@Tourershine, I am getting suspicious as this is second time when I am having the same problem as you.
My turbo also blew up and it only happened last Friday night.

I found this inside of my turbo cold side.

Pipework between my turbo and the intercooler also got damaged.

It went away! I think it’s something to do with the vacuum valve playing up. Try clearing it with a code reader and monitoring it.
