I have a T5.1 which has the original captain seat on the driver’s side and a passenger captain seat from another T5.1. Both seats have developed a wobble that is more noticeable in some positions than others. I’ve found the cause, a loose bolt in the height adjustment part of the frame, in the outside end of the rear horizontal bar (circled below). Anyway, I can’t be the only one to have this issue, unless I’m really unlucky, especially with the seats coming from different vans. I can tighten the bolts fairly easily but they just come loose again. Before I start getting more involved, has anyone had this problem and successfully solved it? It looks like this part is used on the T6 as well so interested to hear others experiences. Thanks.
