Wiper washer dribbling at jets

I have a strange problem on my t5 the window washer failed it was leaking at the bonnet joint I've rejoined it but hardly getting anything from the jets I've blown them out they seem ok at the joint if I break the split it's coming out fine I've changed the washer pump had all the lines checked but still not getting anything apart from a dribble from the jets.
