Whistling When Idling

Just noticed whistling noise when strating engine and idling .. could it be alternator / water pump bearings .. still under warranty 30k on clock

Auxiliary belt tensioner would be my guess

I have the same engine. I do notice that the turbo can be more vocal at idle when cold.

I'll have another check on and after a run out ... it was cold 2 mins run on the drive only .. but will be going in to dealers for a check if still vocal more than normal

Booked in at the steeelers next week... video too large to load but lifted bonnet definite belt noise for lhs of engine

Steelers changed the 'ribbed belt' as it was noisy ... cured for now
