Whining noise from passenger wheels

Our t6 caravelle (69 plate) has been making a whining noise from passenger wheel since we bought it. Only happens from cold and when going about 30mph ish and after about 5 miles it disappears til cold again. It’s been in 4/5 times to VW garage and they have heard the noise once but have no idea, our garage suggested new pads but this hasn’t helped. Anyone experience anything like this?? At a loss as to how to get this fixed now

The easiest step to take from a diagnostic point of view would be to swap the wheel across the axle. It's not going to prove that many things but the tyre could be the culprit.

I feel your pain! I have a whining noise from the passenger seat! Duck tape works though

Worth a try, it’s going to our local mechanic so they’ll be more willing to at least rule things out!
