Which? Best Seat Skins

@Roberts83 - Mine's a camper conversion so no bulkhead but I have got a side kitchen which can get in the way of the drivers seat equally as well! With the seat all the way forward I reckon it might be possible but you probably wouldn't have a lot of room so I took it out to do the fitting. If you've got the right tools and are not a complete idiot, it's an easy enough job - I can't remember what tools were needed but I already had them so it probably didn't need much more than a socket set and / or torx bits. The most fiddly part was removing and refitting the seat base plastics which took a lot of swearing until it all suddenly clicked into place! As for the covers themselves, mine at least were a bit tight but I think they need to be if they're going to look any good. As mentioned above, I managed to tear one of mine but THQ replaced it free of charge very quickly. Without the bulkhead, the double passenger seat obviously didn't need to come out.
As an aside, I've done about 3000 miles with both seats occupied since they were fitted and IMHO, they're still looking good.

Could whip out the bulkhead panels & then fit the covers with the seats in situ & not wobbling around on the floor.

Then may as well sound deaden & carpet line that whilst it’s out before refitting it for an even nicer cab area & +100 'T6 Forum Made Me Do It’ points 👍🏼😂

I'll look at how the bulkhead comes out....i like my van as it is... funds are few and far between....

I'm being thicker than usual this morning - wot dat mean?
I want the yellow lines to to match up on both seats, need to pull the drivers seats bottom cover towards to the back...its still not on right.....im just a stickler for trying to get stuff to match up, although I know it probably wont....

@Robert83. Understand now. That only works if you're the only one to drive the van - it's 50/50 between me and 'er indoors - I'm 6'2 and she's 5'4".

I am the only who drives this van, wife won't touch it yet she'll drive the other van I got.....

Looking at Inka & Ezee seat covers - need a full set for a 6 seater Kombi. Have looked through this thread but if anyone else has either of these can you share photos of them fitted please? Would like to see if Ezee are worth the top dollar!

I had Inka covers but they were the protective cover type so not a fair comparison. I now have Ezee covers and they are truly excellent in fairness. Great company to deal with and the covers are top notch. They will do custom colour vinyl and custom stitching for a nominal added cost too btw. I think they also do custom logos if you want also, but I don’t discuss that as opted for a cleaner look.

Here’s mine, which I appreciate aren’t to everyone’s taste, but feel works well with my brown paint.

Thanks they look fantastic, no creasing or sagging from what I can see. How were they to fit? Did you have to remove the seats to get them on?

They were tricky to fit, especially around the factory swivel bases. I still need to do some work to tidy up the straps underneath, but they are tucked out the way for now.

I didn’t remove the seats to fit but I did remove the seat trims to get the fit right.

Don’t pull too hard on the straps though, as I tore one off the stitching, which I was later told to gag they warn about this on the website. It doesn’t affect the fit in fairness but I was annoyed with myself.

Fitting the headrest covers was hard on the thumbs too!

You can’t have great fit without them being tightly fitting I guess.
