How much does that tree weigh on your poptop? :p

Just got back from a quiet and enjoyable 4 days at Valley Farm Campsite in Farmoor.
£20 per night for a spacious grass pitch with awning, small but clean toilet block with showers for an additional charge of £1 for 7mins. That’s for non electric. They do have some EHU pitches as well.
Bus route near campsite entrance into Oxford.
Access along campsite path to a walk around Farmoor reservoir as long as you don’t have a dog. We do and found out that they aren’t welcome so a longer walk (called the countryside walk) around outside perimeter to join the Thames path.
If you are a very keen walker you could walk all the way into Oxford along the Thames: Others on the campsite we chatted with had got the bus one way and walked back. It looks too far to me though.

Spent the day doing absolutely nothing. Nice and quiet on the site today

TJs bar onsite on the other hand is starting to fill up for some reason

Too bad the bar prices aren't stuck in a time warp!
