Castlerigg Farm or Hall are good sites. I’ve stayed at the farm but only seen the Hall while walking by and heard positive things from friends. Nice 20min walk to town (up and down a hill).

If you’re going to Nourmoutier use the passage du gois. It’s open at low tide and is quite a nice little route over. Its amazing seeing all the French parking on the exposed beech and going searching for seafood.
