What portable Bluetooth speaker do you use for music while in van camping?

I’m looking to get a portable Bluetooth speaker for the van while camping. Leaning towards the Marshall Middleton 2 as it has good reviews and looks pretty imo.

We have Sonos built in throughout the house which is good but not entirely impressed with the Sonos roam.

As title suggests, what speaker do you use or any recommendations or anyone already using the Marshall?!

I bought a used Marshall 'Emberton' I think it was off ebay a couple of months ago but had to return it as it wouldn't charge. Whilst it did work I thought the sound quality was brilliant!

We have a couple of Ultimate Ears Booms. Had the first gen disc too.

Very impressive sound quality and the bass can be turned up to give decent thump.

Think they are all waterproof or certainly weatherproof. Best of all you can link daft numbers together.

No fancy disco lights if that’s your thing.

No fancy lights for us 😆 just something decent to play some music! I’ll take a look at the suggestion! Cheers everyone

Now that’s an idea. But does it fly out when you accelerate? Everything I’ve put in there always fall out.
Nope , it's made to measure almost.
I've fitted tape flaps to the sides to give me something to grab when I want to pull it out .

Besides its a 102bhp van ....if I'd left a marble on the top of the dash I doubt it would move far 😌

I've got a couple of these, decent sound quality and you can pair them for stereo - still not got round to replacing my failed head unit !

The main thing is to get some inappropriate music on your phone then head to Curry’s and see how loud you can play it.

Did that in John Lewis a few years back, connected to their B&W Zeppelin Air and proceeded to play "F**K the police" by NWA.
Some very disgruntled shoppers and staff members. However, it made me giggle.

I was that impressed with the sound I ended up buying it.

Im the guy that used to sit outside Dixons with my Sky remote control and keep changing channels, switching the box off, etc.

I have a JBL charge 5, I find the charge lasts a really long time and the audio quality excellent for such a small device
