Those ‘unts are everywhere, a landowner close to me got contractors in to cut down protected trees the day after the borough council goes on Christmas holiday So nobody to report it to for 10 days.
Caused a bit of an outcry from the locals but no big issues with fines as they are pals with the local MP who’s pals with some other influential officials.

There was a iconic pub not far from us that had been a land mark for years and years. New owners brought from brewery. Burnt down one night and complete demolition the following day. Some people think there are untouchable.

If the person arrested is guilty nothing will happen as they are 16 and still a minor in UK law.
A slap on the wrist (verbal one).
It’s entirely possible that their name will be leaked and there will be some reprisals from other wooden objects
