Want head unit with sat nav and android

Hi, I have just got a T6 with a basic radio, and with a very basic setup I.e. there are no controls on the steering wheel, no reversing camera.

I've been trying to find what is the best option to upgrade the head unit to Android and to have sat nav built in and then a reversing camera installed. I've seen online on Aliexpress 9" head units that have everything and a camera can be added for just over £100. Has anyone installed one and are they easy to do?

I'm happy to spend a couple of hundred pounds as long as it is a simple install.

Any other suggestions please let me know. I live in Liverpool if there are any garages near by who can help.

£3-400 for a Chinese ebay VW lookalike
£4-800 for a decent aftermarket
£8-1300 for a nice modern floating unit

Plus extra for camera and fitting and ancillaries

I had a couple of Chinese (Eonon) android head units in my T5, not recommended really. Clunky and slow but ok ish when they were working. DAB failed in the first one, absolute nightmare trying to send it back under warranty (unsurprisingly).

Upgraded to a Pioneer 360 DAB which was ok, better than the Android units anyway.

Built in navy is expensive, Android Auto and Waze work well for me.

I swapped to a pioneer unit ...it was garbage , nav died as soon as its warranty was up and the touch screen is absolute pants .

I installed a Kenwood DMX8021DABS couple of months back, excellent unit.
It covers all the features you want except built in satnav. Reality is the options on your phone are better than a fixed nav you normally need a subscription for that is often out of date.
Took a couple of hours to install, as I like to get everything hidden out of sight and rattle free.
Only downside I can comment on is screen can suffer from direct sunlight due to upward angle of dash design, a non reflective screen cover solved 80% of that.
Music quality out of it with factory speakers is uncannily good, after setting up the audio options.
Better than the B&O option in me Fezza ST.
You ain’t getting it for 200quid though. cost including a fitting kit was £570 including a lead to retain OEM USB position on dash.
Reverse camera will add to that figure
