Android Head Unit (Audio Tech Direct) Reverse Wiring (again)

Hi, I have bought and installed an Audio Tech Direct Android Stereo to replace the VW one. I had installed a reversing camera on the VW unit when I did my camper conversion. I am having real problems wiring the camera to the new stereo. I am not having a huge amount of success with Audio Tech who have said take a positive feed...

All of my wiring comes direct to the dash from the rear camera - video feed, power and earth. Where do I tap into a positive feed so the camera comes on when in reverse? Is there a trigger wire? I prsume I can use any of the earth wires.

There is not a wiring diagram with the unit.

Sadly mine does not look like that… my quad lock goes into the small black connector so not exactly the same. In theory I would connect to no 16 / green / reverse control cable.

I couldn’t find a similar cable to connector ‘A’ which is my problem….

I think mines is slightly different i bought it a few years ago i,m sure the positive from the camera just has to go to a live the canbus takes the signal to the radio for reverse

Progress. Fab. So if I get a photo of the canbus unit would that help identify a live wire? Will do that tomorrow now….

Don,t think it matters about the canbus unit just a live from the radio should work
