VW T6 No start but cranking

Hello to every one !!
I have massive problem with VW T6 no start ( Big bottle of whisky waiting for the hero who can help to solve the puzzle )
Transporter come with EGR flooded with water ,compression checked ( 300 PSI across )
changed HPFP with fuel rail regulator and sensor and new cambelt with water pump
van is cranking but no start VCDS keep saying Low system voltage ( battery is new and on charger as well )
cranking speed is good no fault codes
Fuel pressure is only 12-15 bar ( why ? )
Ground points was checked and clean
I'm loosing my mind over it
can anyone help please ?

Fuel pressure is only 12-15 bar ( why ? )

The fuel pressure (lack of) is the issue. The ECU does not even try to fire the injectors without proper fuel pressure.
Does the lift pump actually work? Do you get fuel into the fuel filter?
Can you hear the pump?

A quick DIY way to test fuel lift pump's basic functionality.

The test takes advantage of engine's fuel high pressure sensor (in fuel rail). Running the lift pump continuosly makes the pressure eventually "leak" through high pressure pump and can be detected by fuel pressure sensor.

As a side product the test gives at least indication of fuel high pressure sensor's plausibility - the raw value (in Volts) and converted value (in kPa). However, as the pressure produced by lift pump barely reaches measurement range - for proper pressure measurement traditional means are still needed...

Why the HPFP was changed? Were the replacement new parts?

Strange - especially as there is not even slight increase in pressure when cranking

Is there deffo fuel getting to the hpfp?

Maybe crack open the rail pressure valve to bleed air.

Or even the hard lines to injectors to bleed through any air.....

Hpfp won't build pressure off it's airlocked.

It's obviously a fuel problem, ... So let's follow the fuel path from tank to cylinder methodically.

You have checked fuel flow from tank to filter.....

Now let's check at each point after that.

you have fuel at the rail....but it's not raising pressure.

Could the HPFP be faulty?... What comands can we check with hpfp to get it to raise pressure.

The fuel rail pressure regulator?,.... Have you tried disconnecting it to see if it makes a difference?

@mmi can you plot his data in a graph?

We still saying that he has no rail pressure?

....

I know that when I had the new CXEB long block engine fitted.... The techs took ages to get it to fire .... They had it turning over on and off for almost a minute....
