Cool; what was the event?
Wouldn't mind taking the BM there for a spin if possible?!

Nearest track to me is 3hrs away!

@Lawce The German T6 comes from the Soest Kreis near to the Mohnesee of the "Dambusters Raid" on the dam in WW2. Don't know where you took the picture but that should give you some idea of his distance from home. :). Edited. Sorry, at Perrenporth, so quite a way.

Very nice set of vans.
Would love to have a go in an Atom, closest I'll ever get to being back on my K4 Suzuki GSXR1000. But then the Ariel Nomad looks an equal amount of fun.
Maybe I need to start playing the lottery!

Stalker? Or does the number plate tell you that?

Polzeylad, the event was put on by 'car chase heroes' and DaveyB it was only £20 for 2 laps in the atom, over in a flash but well worth the money, fastest mode of transport I've ever been in, feels like it's gonna rip your crash hat clean off

I've never been in any car that comes close to that raw feeling of unrivalled speed, acceleration, power, that I used to get hanging on to my bike.

Exhilaration is the simplest word to describe it. I reckon the freedom of not being shut in equally has something to do with it.

image.jpg Spotted this little beauty as well yesterday just before we left for home, I think the place was called hawksfield just outside wadebridge Polzeylad, apparently they have a classic car event every month, there was the first one today but unfortunately I am back in sunny Stoke, never mind should hopefully make it June/july

No no no, I have number 1 number 2 and number 3 (in birth order) and when they are beckoned by number they know it's either trouble or chores time !
Aaah but that could give them a complex as number one means favourite.
If only I could get mine to do chores!

@DaveyB not an awkward question at all as @T6 Dave is Number 2 son in the order of arrival ;) and has no other significance. Each is a totally different personality and are loved as much for their differences as their similarities. :x3:
Good Answer.
Sssssh we all know that @T6 Dave is number 2 son ;), but we'll all keep it secret so your parental integrity is intact:speechless:. Phew, I reckon we got away with that one.

Yep and I know the guys there.

I think the speed of bikes is enhanced by the very close proximity to death.
I appreciate what they do but have zero interest in them.
An supercharged atom is sub 3s to 60 and will whip any bike around a corner.
As will most decently fast cars.
And with far far more chance of survival if it goes wrong.

Tis not an issue any ways m8, as although it does mean a lot to me what my parents think of me, it would NEVER affect the love and respect that I have for them!
