Only 5 month old and front damper leaking ( gutted anyone have a spare decent damper fs

Do they not have a warranty? Surely at 5 months old you can get a replacement under warranty?

Garage fitted them said they were new ( don’t look old ) but didn’t get a recipt for them gutted

There must be a record of when and where you bought them somewhere unless you paid cash 2nd hand ?

Bought new from garage , they since moved gutted

There are other ways. Contact VanSlams and give them the details of the garage and when they fitted them, they will have a record of their sales. Also there may be certain codes within the serial number / part numbers on the shocks that they can identify as to when they were made / sold etc

As above the garage isn’t trading any longer , evern contacting van slams they will need proof/ invoice , which I don’t have , , just poor dampers , I had stock on for 4 years plus. ,
