Checking thru data to find the cause of my breakdown, it seems the turbo actuator doesn;t open to full range.
The system is operating at 0.5 bar, i cannot find anywhere if this is the correct pressure,by using a Miti vac i can open the actuator to
full but it takes 0.8 bar to do so. so demand is 100% but it only opens to 50% @0.5 bar.
this is pointing toward a sticking actuator/waste gate.
So does anybody have the correct operating pressure to prove out my results before i throw a shed load of cash at it???
