Ok, in the last few days I've fitted Laser 750, with E-boost, and THQ / VA E-Lite grill. There is a great video of this product on YouTube showing it being 'fitted'. They make it look very easy, I'm posting here just to let you all know it is actually an intermediate level job. If you didn't already know there is a secondary 'backplate' for the VW badge on the van, that remains in place when the bumper is removed (like in the YouTube video). This isn't shown or discussed.
I basically had to hack away it, before then getting the Dremmel out to tidy up, before installing. Zoom in, that is the before Dremmel photo.
Also, the product itself is 3D printed, and it feels solid - i love it - but it is VERY hard to clip in, literally all my weight (12st odd) was applied and, i had to finesse the part with the Dremmel as well (the bottom clip).
When it 'went', it WENT. This is never coming out - so, make sure you thread your hookup cable before hand (i'm sure it could be done afterwards with a lot of trouble).
So, great product. Not super easy to fit.
Took me about an hour to get to this stage.
Now, i just need to figure out how to keep the cables (lazer & hookup) away from the radiator....
