Universal parking sensor

Afternoon,

Will the t6 accept a universal reverse cam or sensor wired into the rear cluster, or will it throw a bulb error?

What is the preferred method?

Not looking for expensive factory vw option, as I’d rather just upgrade the headunit and fit a unoversal one than spend a load of money on the basic composition unit.

which headunit have you got? if it's the basic one got to setup and system information if it's any of the below buttons it can't have reverse camera.

If it isn't message me i can sort you a camera and you can code it with your new obd 11

I’ll see if I can check without pulling it iut, its a basic composition media with BT and DAB, so maybe not.

My hope was just a cheap and simple universal, wire into the back light jobby.
