Hi, I have a 2017 T6 with an aftermarket Sony XAV-AX850D double din stereo. Recently it has started to turn itself on/ off. This is the same if I have my phone connected via Bluetooth, data lead, or not at all.
There is no pattern to this, but sometimes it only happens a couple of times a journey, other times it is constant. The stereo interface has a switch to transfer to the leisure battery in the back. This doesn’t change anything.
Carly has given U112100 telephone control unit no communication, however I have absolutely no idea how to progress with this error. Should I consider a faulty power/ earth connection, disconnect battery etc, or can anyone please advise on possible causes?
