Two trim panels where do they go

The van I purchased had a large box of interior trim parts which had been removed. Most I have refitted but 2 I can not seem to find where they go.
Any ideas
Part number for First one is KKF 7E0 915 435 B Second is 7E0 881 325

2nd one looks like the trim panel from inside the front double seat

1st one is beside battery under the bonnet

Thanks again. It all looks like the person who has messed with second battery just throw the trims in with the other ones in the box.
