TSi: Helix Clutch slipping

Stage 1 my tsi t6 MANUAL !!! = 302 bhp = 297nm torque

Clutch slipping like mad now

Need a new clutch but... aks tuning as the helix organic will max 415nm torque stage 3 :/ how they say that's a stage 3 I don't know anyway... I'm wanting to put in a tte450 hybrid with a inter cooler bigger pipes bigger panel and pipes etc.


Helix say if I got upto 486nm torque the 6 paddle will do I'm aim for 470nm torque ANYONE RECCOMEND THE 6 PADDLE OR JUST STICK TO ORGANIC AT MY CURRENT BHP AND TORQUE ?

Guys there is also a Sachs uprated option that I might go for when I change mine. Clutch Kit VW T5/T6 2.0 TSI - SACHS Performance

So I went though AKS tuning who sell Helix race clutches 3 different ones
Organic clutch max 300bhp
6 paddle clutch 500bhp
Custom made clutch 1400bhp

I went with the 6 paddle clutch it's a race clutch it is stiff but mate it holds up mint nearly 1 year later and still mint at 308 bhp will be spent the money on full camper conversion.... winter this year will probably be a rs3 lump in there

All I say is it's heavy BUT MAKE SURE FOR 600 MILES WHEN FITTED YOU DRIVE NORMAL AND SMOOTH CLUTCH CHANGES WHEN CHANGING GEARS ! I LOVE IT IF HONEST
