Travelling uk to lake Garda

Hi all,
Travelling from uk to lake Garda I have 10 days to do it with 3 days at lake Garda , any suggestions on best route to take?
I’ll be using the tunnel to cross

I went via Switzerland but if only 10 days with 3 days at Garda you wouldn’t get the full benefit.
My advice is to take a very wide berth of Milan, some of the worst driving on the planet.
