traveling in central asia with T6

Hi
I have heard that my new t6 diesel engine would have serious problems if I travel in central asia, as the diesel quality there would destroy it.... wondering if someone has experience traveling there?

Just take and change more fuel filters..
This used to be said in north africa but in reality there are big brands with quality fuel worldwide.
