Hi - we have provisional plans for a 4/5 week trip down to Montenegro from mid May. I have seen one post advising diesel is getting a bit short in France. We don't want to travel and then struggle to get fuel. Is there a reliable source where this info can be found?

You don’t need to travel through France to get to Montenegro.
By mid May we might all be facing fuel shortages, the best journeys are unplanned, make the most of what happens.

You dont need to go through France but if you're ferrying it or tunnel...you do....theres no easier route to exit the uk to Montenegro

Agree if you are getting a ferry to France but other countries are also served by ferries from the UK. Besides a tank of UK fuel will get you to Belgium or better still Luxembourg for some tax free Diesel.
