Nordkapp Diesel Air Heater - Anyone fitted?

Hi All,

Has anyone fitted an external Nordkapp Diesel Air Heater to there T6 and if so, how did it go?

I'm very tempted to buy one but I'm wondering if the installation requires 'dropping' down of the fuel tank like you need to with Autoterm solution.
Are there any installation instructions out there for a T6?

whatever flavour of heater you fit, if it uses the vehicle tank as its diesel source rather than its own independent tank, then you will have to tap into the main tank which will involve a certain amount of buggeration. The method of teeing into the fuel supply varies slightly depending on the age of the vehicle.

Dropping the tank's not that hard anyway.

You have to drop the tank for all diesel heaters as you need to fit the standpipe in the top of the tank.

Just get a fitter to fit it for you.... Much easier than doing it yourself.

Auto term main office not too far from Wales... They supply & fit around £1k depending on fitting location.

I installed my Autoterm myself including the OEM ducting, but the one thing I wouldn't do is the tank, that I got a garage to do for me
