Tiguan headlamps condensation solution

Hi all
im after a bit of advise for a solution for my Tiguan headlamps have condensation in as shown in pic what would the best way to sort this as it’s out of warranty now

Put them in a jar of rice lol

All joking aside if they are normal headlights not led out them on main beam and cover the head light with a tea towel and remove the bulb covers but keep checking the headlight under the towel don’t want to damage the lenses this will evaporate off the moisture and having the bulb covers off let’s it escape
