The Best T6 Accessories

Hi Everyone,

My husband has just bought a T6- two captain seats and three seats in back. Not converted but plans to insulate and sound proof down the line.

So with Christmas approaching, I'd like to know the things you all love for your T6? What will he not be able to live without? What will make him love the van even more? We plan to use it for his primary vehicle, but also to use for weekends away.

Also any advice on:
- Phone holder
- Storage

Thanks in advance!

Oh my lord! @cef.....there are some very bad men and women on this site! The main culprit goes by the name of @Pauly......but there are others.....@Loz......@StudleyGlass.......@DaveyB.....@Tourershine to name but a few. Remember those names.....they're best avoided! They will encourage you to spend money that should be used to feed your family......they will flaunt their vans and encourage you over to the dark side. Before you know it, you'll be an addict. Save your self and leave now while you still can! Don't say I didn't try to warn you!!
But if you really want to know.....go buy some additional door seals! Pound for pound, the easiest, most cost effective mod you can make! But that's just for starters!!!!
Welcome!

Hi and welcome to the forum @cef

Firstly I would have to say it should be VIP member ship to the forum. This will give him hours of research fun and endless supply of information for up and coming modifications.

There are 100's of accessories that you could look at, especially as it is his daily driver.. such as VW 'monster'mats for footwells or genuine VW seat covers etc. There are loads of examples and ideas to be found in the forum shop. Maybe consider a good quality wash kit from Polished Bliss - Car Care Products - Detailing Products or such like.

Gift vouchers for companies that can supply the materials for his own work, deadening materials etc. Sound Deadening Shop - Car Van & 4x4 Automotive Sound Proofing

If the budget was to expand, then you could look at the traditional changes such as alloys, suspension. But I think if this is the budget area then really consider LED headlights or if needed an headlight upgrade(not knowing what you have at present).

Wish you a merry christmas.
