Very pleased to discover this thread. We bought our 2017 Vivante (converted 2020) about 12 months ago, and I have been trying to find solutions to some of the more annoying aspects. Overall I absolutely love it - coming from a California the layout is so useable, and the hi-top is amazing. A few minor adjustments made to ours, in no particular order...
1) Swapped the Aux sockets to include USB-C PD, and a cover so that the light can be covered up at night.

2) Replaced the annoying and not-blackout curtains with combo blind-and-flyscreen units (eBay special). Have also done the window above the kitchen. Much more effective, less annoying, and with the added benefit of the flyscreen too. Can't do sliding door or tailgate because there isn't enough clearance, and Vanshades are too expensive!

3) Replaced the humungous original water 'tank' with a smaller one, and tethered it to the side of the cupboard.

4) Added a bit of visual interest to the worktop opposite the sink.

5) Replaced the faulty bog-standard original smoke alarm with a new colour-coded one.

6) Had to re-fit the skylight when it developed a leak, and in the process discovered the 12V feed installed by LeisureDrive. This means I can - in theory - install the
optional powered fan to keep things a bit more civilised when I have a lot of wet kit or it's really hot. Only issue is that the wires, which are supposed to be powered off the Aux circuit, are dead. The investigation continues!
