I emailed the council last week, they replied saying they were still investigating my claim.
The letter I had following the submission of my claim form did say 40 days, I think I'm on around day 30 now. So hopefully I'll be hearing from them soon.
The wheels of local authority never turn very quickly.

I have a cherry red 6.1 and planning to put Bronze coloured alloys on. I have seen there are different shades of red to paint the calipers, does anyone know which red is the closest match to cherry red please.

Hi and welcome. If you know your van’s colour code, I’m sure you can get some mixed up for yourself that is the exact colour

I've literally just been googling images of red vans with black side stripe and the VW logo on the rear quarter.

Now if you could just change your wheels to silver then I'd have an idea what my van would look like

Sadly wheels are a way down the budget... hence why I’m looking at stickers, that’s about all I can afford

Thanks for confirming, asking as I'm considering 40mm H&Rs on 18s (black). Budget won't extend to anything that would ride nice with 20s. You happy with the ride?
