Tailgate bumper filler anyone?

I've noticed that Vanstyle offers tailgate bumper filler item and I do like the idea of rear being all in one smooth level. Has anyone used this and can share any feedback? Does it pick much dirt underneath, show? Easy to fit and keep it there?

Not used one, but it will be a quality item if from Vanstyle. We buy lots of stuff from them and its all very well made.
