T6 Multivan 2018 Warm air under the dashboard

Hi,
i have had a problem for several weeks that warm air is blowing from somewhere, even when the heating is off or the air intake into the cabin is closed. When I turned on the air conditioning, it was still warmer in the front than in the back, but cold air comes out of all the vents. Today i managed to disassemble the entire lower part of the dashboard. When I turned on the fans only on the windshield, there is probably some kind of leak around the heating unit around the foam and warm air is blowing through. I think the flaps are fine, switching between upper and lower works without a problem. If the car is not moving, it is quite ok, but once the engine is warm and you are driving on the highway, you cannot survive without air conditioning on hot days. Has anyone had a similar problem? Can you help me seal the unit?
Thanks for the advice

I’ve got the same thing and googling it last night said the following:

Hopefully pretty easy and I’ll have a look when we get back home from Belgium at the end of next week (unless I happen to find foil tape in Carrefore today!)
