Hi I have a Vw crafter 2020 I’m in Perth Australia
The issue I have is the hit and cold dial turns but nothing happens when it’s on hot there is like warm air
I have turned the dial and listened but nothing happens noise of anything moving
I have checked all the fuses
Pipes going in and out of heater matrix are hot and same temperature on both do leads me to think the actuator flap is not moving
How do I access this and test any ideas please
