That looks like a painted startline bumper to me, not a Highline bumper which would be made up of all separate parts

I think it is a highline. the poster has just left them clipped together in one piece?

The van I just picked up and removed it from is a Highline, so presuming this is the original bumper?

does the top grill remove from the bumper or are the clips solvent welded?

some pictures of the backside of the bumper would probably be useful to conclude this (or the top grille removed)

Agreed. I think the part number in the original pictures gives it away as well (missed that originally). Not sure why someone would put that on a Highline mind...many reasons I guess... Looks a good spray job mind given it would have been a textured bumper.
