T6 204 DSG 4Motion DPF removal

I thought the differential pressure under full load was always quite high (mid-high 200's hPa (or Mbar as same)).
Well, below a snippet from a log when the van was almost brand new - at 1500 miles since factory. Can't confirm the full load but probably almost there as the engine was guzzling 49.4 litres/hour at the moment (the value is updated by ECU only once per second thus repeating the same number in the log).

Any more comparable readings people could give me would be really appreciated
In the thread below a few DPF readings - as a side product of the EGR flow test - a kind of "standardised" way to produce comparable results.

Mmi, thanks very much for that. That was extremely useful and looks like everything is functioning as it should.

I just need to figure out how to reset the ash content on my dpf. Have tried via vcds but keep getting an error

Obviously you have tried some other values for workshop identification?
Which VCDS dongle you are using - I think newer generation HEX-V2 or HEX-NET might be needed for this? Please post VCDS Auto-Scan header and engine section.

Cheers for the reply Mmi. I sorted this in the end. It was the security code I didn't put in! It let me access the module in the end and reset the ash mass. All good now

Hi. As I can see on picture, you didn t clean dpf. You clean SCR/adblue.
Dpf is on first picture and adblue is on second. IMG_8089.webp
