He said it’s because I do short mileage trips (20 miles per day), but I’ve done some longer ones. It does end up sitting occasionally though. I don’t even want a sodding SOS module, I just want the warning to go away.
I would like to get it connected to my phone though
Getting rid of the system would be the ideal solution.
It's surprising how useless alot of these garages are.
I had to have my battery sorted today. SOS error. Its so frustrating, battery % 94 condition normal. So a quick and easy erase battery memory and reset. Disconnect and all sorted. Big thanks to @Skyliner33
Need to get mine sorted. Don't really want to pay for OBDeleven just to switch this warning off but looking like the best option.
Nobody near you got VCDS. Its very easy. Once you confirm the battery is good

I see nothing in the non-pro licence version that can do it ... though I haven't looked in a while.

Does the OBD eleven allow you to use it on multiple vehicles? Or does it lock itself to 1 VIN ?

I only have the base (free) version though, I suspect Pro has a limit that perhaps Ultimate doesn't?

My sos fault came on my 2021 T6.1, it went in for its service and the dealer said it needed the fault looking atvand needed booking in as a seperate appointment. I plugged in my vcds and scanned it to check the battery status and it was something like 82% so clearly not a battery issue. I ended up doing a full reset and clearing the memory and its been fine ever since so happy days
