My Carista Sub finished in March and I've just made the purchase for VCDS! Finally I'll be able to turn on the fader for the rear speakers!

My runs out in August, then ill be getting my change purse out and counting out the shekels for some VCDS goodness.

My only slight concern is that I have the computer skills of a cabbage so figuring out VCDS may tax my braincell. Ill doubtless be leaning on you excellent folk quite a bit for brain picking purposes!

I habe a Car Scanner subscription so will keep the Carista dongle in the van in case of problems while im away.

Just wanted to say a quick thanks for the advice in this thread. I had the same issue on my 2021 plate (SOS Call Error on dash). My local garage said it was a 6+ month back order for a replacement battery - ouch!

I already own a Carista, but clearing the error didn’t work as it came back straight away. After reading this thread, I took a punt on the OBDeleven 3 Pro pack. Worked a treat — error gone and the red light on the SOS module is now back to green.

Hi, just got obdeleven 3 pro to try and sort this sos fault on my van. Never used anything like this and really struggling.

Can get it to do fault checks and battery snapshot showing 93% but can't find how to reset battery history.

If anyone is willing to do an idiots guide it would be appreciated as I don't want message it up any more than it already is.
