T6.1 side window sticking issue

Hi everyone
Regarding a 2021 T6.1 purchased from Cambridge Campervans , had side window opening issues since new , the rubber seal keeps getting caught up , I’m now on my second window with the same issue , the only way round this is possible buying a different window .
Any advice welcome please .
