T6.1 DSG Gear Knob

Hello Everyone,

It may seem like an odd question and I have had a browse on similar topics but does anyone know if a T6.1 DSG gear knob can be replaced with or modified with a collar lift function?

I have had hand surgery and Mr Thumb is not playing nicely but I don't have an issue using a lift collar odvs not on a T6.1.

Not sure how the lift collar interacts with the post/shaft but may well be possible

I have done the illuminated DSG which involves rotating the inner plastic shaft and that changes it from side to front button so it’s depressed with your fingers and not your thumbs
