T6.1 doorcard: What part is this!?

Hi guys, took a gamble on some black door cards for the t6.1 which fit perfectly however I stumped as to what this clip on part pictured is for.... It only appears On the drivers side door card

Help appreciated!

The yellow bit you've circled is part of the door card on the passenger side its moulded - it's as if something goes on the drivers side one but havnt a clue what

Looks like you have two different door cards that have had changes to the way they are assembled on a later version or on a card for a different spec model like a Caravelle.
Can you find a part number on the back of the cards?
It'll be something like 7E0867023
This is a 2020 door card, I can't find anything later than this, T6.1 must still be VW only.
