T6.1 dash cam install and fuses

Has anyone wired one into a 6.1 as have my Cali arriving in a few months and can they recommend best route from camera to central fuse box?

Also any recommended fuses to piggy back from for a perm live and switched live, and if so are they big or small fuse, no van here yet so can't look myself!

The 6.1 fuse box is located below the light switch so a natural route for cables in down behind the A pillar.

Ok thanks, so its moved from middle on the 5.1 then, handy to know and will make running the wires a doddle! thanks so much.

I did get another Caravelle, not my old one though

Hey all, first post here.
Recently got a new T6.1 conversion and installed a highline reversing cam. Still need power which seems straight forward enough.

I've measured the suggested pins and all have permanent 12V so they are good candidates..
Do I run the risk of draining the car battery with the reversing camera or will it shut itself down via the can bus connections?
