T6.1 Cargo area lights on open/unlocking

Hello! Does anyone know how to have the cargo area interior lights only switch on when I open the cargo area - sliding doors and tailgate?

Right now every time I unlock the van, or open the front doors, the whole cargo area lights up.

I want to minimise drawing attention into the cargo area where all my tools area. It’s protected with a bulkhead and the tailgate glass has dark tint and steel barrier but nonetheless don’t want any unnecessary attention or waste of battery power.

That’s what I use. But it still doesn’t stop the cargo area lights from coming on when I open the front doors, and I only want the front area to light up. They’re great little lights!

Arrrr sorry mate, they really are good. I’ve even got them all in the cupboards of my camper.

Not sure you can disable the cargo lights separate from the cabin lights but you could wire in a switch on the rear wiring loom or simply uplug them and use the 3rd party lighting.
