Driving my van on a 160 mile trip after about 50 miles the red oil pressure light came on for a few seconds and then went out again. Pulled over and checked everything seemed ok. Continued drive home and then the light came on for a second again right at the end of my journey i plugged in vcds with no faults active or stored. Im hoping this is just a sensor fault its a 2012 with the 2.0ltr caab engine code. Has anyone else experienced any issues like this before?
Im going to plumb in a oil pressure gauge to monitor the oil pressure before i get too carried away with anything. I wanted to remove the high pressure oil pressure switch but i can seem to see one located on the oil filter housing. Is there anywhere else this could be located
