Swapping seat air bag from double seat into single seat

Hi all,

Have tried searching but couldn't find anything on this specific question.

I'm currently looking for a captains single passenger seat with airbag to replace my double with airbag.

Struggling to find one with airbag and in preferred pandu trim.

There are some which are imported from Europe which have the airbag label on the seat but no airbag fitted, presumably to make shipping easier.

My question is whether it might be feasible to remove the side airbag from my double and fit into a single (assuming it was previously fitted with an airbag).

Even if its possible, it's probably more hassle than it's worth but thought I'd ask....

Hi, I didn't take it any further in the end as luckily I managed to find a single passenger with airbag.
