My VCDS Scan reports :-

14-Susp. Elect. -- Status: OK 0000
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Address 14: Susp. Elect.
Cannot be reached.

This has occured since recent work around the engine.
I can't see any connectors loose.
Can anybody tell me where it is, so I can check the connections.
Is it fused??? Can anybody tell me where the fuse is??

Thanks Derek

Is this the only fault?

The module is a git to get at, it sits right up inside the dash and is accessed from underneath, it shares the bracket with the headlight range module
You need to get your head to the left of the pedals and look vertically upward to see it and may need to remove drivers seat to get at it and do anything meaningful ?

Hi Thanks.
It seems difficult to believe that they would have disconnected anything there while doing work in the engine bay, so I wonder if there are any connectors along the cable they could have disturbed.
I'll check the fuses, when the weather's better.

After previous work (June 2025) where they changed the FOS driveshaft there were 2 faults, that I never got sorted out. ( My laziness and forgetfulness) .

Having tooked at the interactive fuse sheet, it tells me that SD5 does a lot, and SC32 also does things like High Beam assist and MultiFun Steer wheel. Those are working OK.
I'll have some time at the weekend to have a dig about, weather permitting.

This seems suspicious.

Front right is front OS assuming your van is RHD. So if they charged the driveshaft and did something to the sensor that would make sense?

Then over time whatever happened has regressed further or is now presenting as your new fault?

Seems logical, the sensor draws power from the control module so any previous wiring problems could deteriorate and magnify the issue perhaps
