The BBQ rat was really nice. The yellow grub things made me heave to be honest.

Just No. On the survival element of a Jungle Warfare Course we had to eat monkey, rat, turtle, snake & maggots. I’m never ever going to volunteer to eat that type of sh*t again never mind willingly eating it!

Thought the monkey was quite nice (or at least not unpleasant!) and the snake a bit tasteless but those large maggot / grub things were disgusting (texture as well as the taste).
