Do you mean the steering wheel is not centred/straight ?
If so then the wheel tracking probably needs to be adjusted to get it inline again, most tyres garages will do this and they should centre the steering wheel then do the tracking in the wheels to make them point straight ahead

Isn't possible to do that with basic setting steering sensor via 04-steering angle?

No, that just electronically calibrates the sensor. The steering wheel being off centre is a mechanical adjustment as @Pauly has said
