Hopefully this helps somebody!
I have a 2018 T6, it's always pulled to the left and in the 2 years I've been trying to resolve the issue, many people have told me that 'they all do that'. Here are the configurations that the van has been in over the last 2 years, and throughout, it's always pulled left:
Lowered on H&R springs (50mm) with 20 inch wheels
standard springs with 20 inch wheels
standard springs with 18 inch wheels
standard springs, bilstien front shocks, 18 inch wheels
3 wheel alignments at 3 different garages
front subframe align / adjust (made no difference)
swapping wheels around.
Today, the issue was fixed by installing the CASTER adjustable Powerflex (road series) wishbone bushes. The van went on a hunter alignment rig and the rear wheel toe was set first. Then we set the fronts up so castor and toe were in spec. on the test drive, it STILL pulled left. So we went back on the hunter and set up the CASTER to:
RH: 3 degrees + 30 mins
LH : 4 degrees + 40 mins
This is still in spec, but the left side is at the upper limit, and the right side is at the lower limit. The theory was that the van should pull towards the side with less positive caster.
The van now drives without having to pull against the steering wheel to keep it straight, if you let go of the steering wheel, it stays straight! So having the caster split of 1 degree +10 mins has compensated for the natural tendency for the van to pull left. FYI I am the second owner of the van, it hasn't been in an accident or anything like that.
Just for reference, the other settings were:
front TOE LH: 0 ° 06' RH: 0 ° 05'. CAMBER not adjustable but was LH: -0 ° 29' RH: -0 ° 40'
rear TOE 0 ° 06' on both sides CAMBER not adjustable but was LH: -1 ° 05' RH: -1° 14'
